The double height technique on our upper floor is a characteristic architectural feature of Venetian residential buildings, today often referred to as “Maisonette”, which places the open bedroom in a lofted area for privacy, giving the living room with higher ceilings a new lease on life.
We maintained this original architectural design which optically separates the sleeping area and adds depth and dimension to the 4 units on our upper floor.
The breathtaking view from their upper and lower spaces on the Mediterranean Sea is spectacular, as the glass panels allow a constant view of the world’s best artist: Nature.
